Faaborg delights huge OK Dinghy Europeans fleet as summer returnsIn his first OK Dinghy event, Lars Johan Brodtkorb from Norway won both his opening heats at the 2017 European Championship to taken the lead after the opening day in Faaborg, Denmark. Charlie Cunbley from Britain is second and Andre Budzien from Germany is third. Other race wins went to Thomas Hansson-Mild from Sweden and Anders Andersen from Denmark.

Jim Hunt seals second OK Dinghy world title after difficult final day in QuiberonJim Hunt (GBR) sealed his second OK Dinghy World Championship title in Quiberon, France, after a very difficult final day for both organisers and competitors. He made sure of the win with a nervous 12th in the first race of the day, before ending the series in style by winning the final race. Jørgen Svendsen (DEN) had to settle for silver, while Charlie Cumbley (GBR) took the bronze.
